Terms & Conditions
Force Majeure:
In the event that the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to reasons beyond the control of
Weekengo Holidays, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or
any other event categorized as Force Majeure, the company shall not be responsible for any refund. We
recommend that all clients stay informed of external circumstances that could affect the travel plan.
Processing of Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 to 45 days, depending on the nature of the
cancellation and the involved third-party service providers (such as hotels, airlines, and transport
operators). Weekengo Holidays will initiate the refund process but cannot be held liable for delays in
processing by these third parties.
Unused Services:
No refunds will be issued for unused services, such as hotels, sightseeing, or meals, if the client
chooses not to avail of them. It is important that clients attend all pre-booked activities to fully
benefit from the services included in their itinerary.
Conditions of Travel
Strict Adherence to Tour Program:
Clients must strictly follow the pre-planned tour program. In case of missed departures or failure to
join the tour as scheduled, no refund will be provided. It is the client's responsibility to ensure
timely arrival at the departure point.
No Show Policy:
If a client is unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, the situation will be treated as a "No
Show," and 100% cancellation charges will apply. This includes failure to attend booked flights, tours,
or activities. Weekengo Holidays will not be liable for any compensation in such cases.
Misconduct or Disruption:
The company reserves the right to cancel a client’s participation in the tour at any point if their
behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe for other clients, guides, or staff. In such
cases, no refund will be provided, and the client will be required to bear any additional costs incurred
due to their actions.
Other Terms
Travel Insurance:
While travel insurance is optional, it is highly recommended for clients to purchase insurance that
covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other unexpected events. Weekengo
Holidays does not assume responsibility for any insurance-related claims or liabilities.
Price Fluctuations:
Prices quoted for the tour are based on current rates and are subject to change without prior notice in
the event of any increase in airfare, fuel costs, government taxes, or any external factors. Any price
changes will be communicated to clients in advance before confirmation of booking.
Legal Claims:
Any legal claims or disputes arising from the tour services must be raised within 7 days of the tour's
completion. This allows the company to investigate and resolve any issues promptly. Claims submitted
after this period will not be entertained.
Itinerary Changes:
Weekengo Holidays reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances
such
as weather conditions, government regulations, or other external factors. Clients will be informed of
any changes, and efforts will be made to provide an alternative, similar experience.
